Information we process
The current calculators and file tools run in your browser. Values and selected file contents are not intentionally sent to Kindiv or stored in a Kindiv database. The OCR tool downloads the selected English or Chinese language data from the Tesseract.js distribution service on first use; that provider may receive standard network information such as your IP address, but the selected image remains on your device.
Server and hosting logs
Like most websites, our hosting provider may process basic technical logs such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, timestamps, and security events to deliver and protect the site.
Cookies and analytics
Google Analytics is optional and loads only after you accept analytics using the preferences control at the bottom of the page. Google may process page visits, device/browser information, technical network information and analytics identifiers, and set analytics cookies. We do not send tool inputs, filenames or file contents. Our page URLs and referrers exclude query strings and fragments. Advertising personalization is disabled in this integration. No AdSense code is included. If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to send. We use it to answer your request and maintain necessary business records.
Your choices
Your analytics choice is saved in this browser using localStorage until changed or cleared. Reopen Analytics settings at the bottom of any page to reject analytics; this removes common accessible Google Analytics cookies and reloads the page to stop the tag. Withdrawal does not delete data already processed by Google. Tools work without analytics. Browser controls can clear local data, including OCR language data cached by Tesseract.js. Avoid sending unnecessary personal information through email.
