Instructions & common questions

How to use

  1. Check each PDF page count and move files into the required order.
  2. Merge and download the document pack; password-protected files must be unlocked first.
  3. Use OCR only as a draft, compare low-confidence text with the original image, and correct critical values manually.

Common uses

  • Combine a commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and supporting documents into one PDF.
  • Put customs or shipping files in a buyer, forwarder, or broker's required order.
  • Extract draft text from a photographed invoice or packing list for faster manual entry.
  • Copy recognized supplier names, references, and descriptions while checking them against the original.

Questions & limits

Can I merge an invoice and packing list into one PDF?

Yes. Add the PDF files, move them into the required order, confirm their page counts, and download the merged PDF. The original files remain unchanged.

Can the OCR read Chinese trade documents?

Yes. You can select English, Simplified Chinese, or a mixed English and Chinese model. Clear, straight, high-contrast images produce better results.

Does the tool support password-protected PDFs?

No. Encrypted PDFs must be unlocked with an authorized PDF application before they can be merged here.

Is OCR accurate enough for customs documents?

OCR output is only a draft. Always compare names, amounts, HS codes, dates, quantities, and other critical fields with the original document before customs, payment, or shipping use.
